Description du poste
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Global Marketing Activation Specialist, Running & Outdoor, with proven experience in 360° campaign activation and deployment. In this role, you will support the orchestration of campaign activations across markets and channels, ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact at every consumer touchpoint.
As a cross-functional partner, you will translate campaign concepts and creative briefs into detailed, best-in-class activation plans and toolboxes. You will be responsible for building activation plans, coordinating asset delivery, and supporting flawless execution across all touchpoints: digital, retail, events, PR, paid media, and more.
Working closely with Global Marketing, Content Production, and Regional teams, you will support marketing excellence, contribute to campaign activation planning aligned with the master calendar, and help deliver seamless, consumer-centric campaigns that maximize brand impact worldwide.
Your Main Missions: Campaign Activation Planning
- Translate campaign concept briefs into end-to-end activation plans, identifying the most impactful touchpoints
- Define 360° touchpoints (retail, paid/owned/earned media, PR, CRM, digital, events, influence) and build activation plans and toolboxes that maximize channel effectiveness
- Set KPIs per touchpoint, ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives
- Support budget allocation and tracking at global and regional level
- Leverage consumer insights and trends to propose activation ideas that resonate with the target audience
Campaign Production & Execution
- Build detailed campaign roll-out plans, including day-by-day launch timelines and asset delivery schedules
- Brief asset creation for all touchpoints, ensuring on-time delivery of integrated marketing toolboxes
- Support visual selection by touchpoint for final usage
- Coordinate global campaign elements (contests, events, influencer collaborations) in partnership with touchpoint experts
- Manage relationships with external agencies from briefing to execution and feedback
Campaign Deployment
- Support regional/local deployment of campaigns, following official gates and provided guidelines
- Follow up on marketing plans and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation at global, regional, and local level
- Track and report campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future activations
- Build strong relationships with regional/local market teams to ensure global consistency while allowing for local adaptation
- Present activation plans at campaign gates, supporting stakeholder alignment and approval
Global Campaign Execution
- Support execution of global campaign moments (product launches, events, activations, contests)
- Support implementation of global events (e.g., Gravel Festival)
Nous recherchons un(e) Global Marketing Activation Specialist, Running & Outdoor, stratégique et opérationnel(le), avec une expérience avérée en activation et déploiement de campagnes 360°. Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez à l'orchestration des activations de campagnes sur l'ensemble des marchés et canaux, en garantissant cohérence, pertinence et impact à chaque point de contact consommateur.
En tant que partenaire transverse, vous traduirez les concepts de campagne et les briefs créatifs en plans d'activation et toolboxes détaillés et de haut niveau. Vous serez responsable de la construction des plans d'activation, de la coordination de la livraison des assets, et du support à une exécution sans faille sur l'ensemble des points de contact : digital, retail, événementiel, RP, médias payants, et plus encore.
En étroite collaboration avec les équipes Global Marketing, Content Production et Régionales, vous contribuerez à l'excellence marketing, participerez à la planification des activations de campagnes en cohérence avec le master calendar, et aiderez à délivrer des campagnes fluides et centrées consommateur, maximisant l'impact de marque à l'échelle mondiale.
Vos principales missions : Planification des activations de campagne
- Traduire les briefs de concept de campagne en plans d'activation de bout en bout, en identifiant les points de contact les plus impactants
- Définir les points de contact 360° (retail, médias payants/owned/earned, RP, CRM, digital, événementiel, influence) et construire des plans d'activation et toolboxes maximisant l'efficacité des canaux
- Définir des KPI par point de contact, en garantissant l'alignement avec les objectifs globaux de la campagne
- Contribuer à l'allocation et au suivi des budgets aux niveaux global et régional
- S'appuyer sur les insights consommateurs et les tendances pour proposer des idées d'activation en résonance avec la cible
Production et l'exécution des campagnes
- Construire des plans de déploiement de campagne détaillés, incluant les timelines de lancement jour par jour et les plannings de livraison des assets
- Briefer la création des assets pour tous les points de contact, en garantissant la livraison dans les délais des toolboxes marketing intégrées
- Contribuer à la sélection des visuels par point de contact pour l'usage final
- Coordonner les éléments de campagne globaux (concours, événements, collaborations avec des influenceurs) en partenariat avec les experts de chaque point de contact
- Gérer les relations avec les agences externes, du briefing à l'exécution et au feedback
Déploiement des campagnes
- Accompagner le déploiement régional/local des campagnes, en respectant les gates officiels et les guidelines fournies
- Assurer le suivi des plans marketing et des budgets, en garantissant une allocation efficace aux niveaux global, régional et local
- Suivre et reporter la performance des campagnes, en fournissant des insights pour optimiser les activations futures
- Construire des relations solides avec les équipes marché régionales/locales afin de garantir la cohérence globale tout en permettant une adaptation locale
- Présenter les plans d'activation lors des gates de campagne, en soutenant l'alignement et la validation des parties prenantes
Exécution des campagnes globales
- Contribuer à l'exécution des moments clés de campagne globaux (lancements produits, événements, activations, concours)
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des événements globaux (ex : Gravel Festival)
Qualifications
- 5 years' professional experience in marketing and communication, or specific expertise, ideally in the sports sector
- Proven expertise in project management
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to autonomously lead and execute projects with efficiency
- Strong analytical skills and synthesis capacities
- Deeply embedded in running culture and in tune with its evolving competitive landscape
- Foreign languages: proficiency in English, another language is a plus
Computer skills: good command of Pack Office (Microsoft Office)
- 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en marketing et communication, ou expertise spécifique, idéalement dans le secteur du sport
- Expertise avérée en gestion de projet
- Excellentes capacités de présentation
- Capacité à piloter et exécuter des projets de manière autonome et efficace
- Fortes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
- Profondément immergé(e) dans la culture running et en phase avec son paysage concurrentiel en constante évolution
Langues étrangères : anglais courant, une autre langue est un plus
Compétences informatiques : bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Microsoft Office)
