The role, in one line

You will help Payhawk win new customers and grow existing ones by bringing product and accounting-systems expertise to our GTM teams.

What you will own

• Develop and maintain expertise in the features of every Payhawk product and how customers use them in practice.
• Take part in RFI and RFP processes and answer the technical questions they raise.
• Deliver personalised live product demos, including integration demos, workflows, and other complex use cases.
• Design, validate, and document a product configuration and implementation strategy to share with prospective customers.
• Provide expertise in accounting, accounting systems, or both.
• Partner with Sales teams to enable them and give them the accounting context that drives new business revenue.
• Partner with the local marketing team by attending marketing events and supporting content reviews.
• Collect and analyse feedback from prospective customers, and share it with customer success, engineering, and product management to drive the product roadmap.

What you will need

Must-have

• At least 5 years in an ERP implementation role (for example Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) or a similar finance role (for example Financial Controller or Head of Finance).
• Native-level French.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build relationships with potential customers, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts that solve their problems.
• The ability to balance multiple competing priorities.
• Comfort working in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
• A passion for problem-solving.

Nice-to-have

• A professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in both pre-sales and implementation.
