As the Head of GTM Strategy & Operations, you will lead the strategic enablement engine for our global loyalty partnerships ecosystem. Your mission is to drive partnership programs usage & profitability via streamlined GTM & operations, improved customer journeys and AI/ data usage.

Leading a specialized team of managers (covering Business Ops, Marketing and Marketing Ops, and Finance Ops), you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational excellence, ensuring our B2B2C loyalty offerings are profitable, scalable, and highly engaging for members.

Your mission:

• Strategic Direction, Finance & Planning:
• Define and execute the global Partnerships GTM & Operations strategy.
• Lead the annual and long-range planning processes to align business goals, budget and resources with internal stakeholders.
• Data Strategy & Business:
• Own the partnerships data strategy, business models and governance with internal stakeholders (Data, Media, Marketing), and lead performance management across usage, profitability and partner economics.
• Oversee data architecture, flows, legal and reporting infrastructure to improve decision-making, monetization and partnership performance.
• Business Operations & Partnerships lifecycle:
• Own and execute key steps of the Partnerships Operational Lifecycle (Onboarding, GTM, growth, renewal or offboarding) in collaboration with the partnership managers to improve TTM, service quality and lower business risks (e.g. KYC and audits).
• Automatize operations and processes, when possible.
• Merchandising & UX Optimization:
• Co-Own the partner showcasing & digital customer journeys with the Product team across ALL Accor and partners digital ecosystems (web, app, CRM) to improve partnership offerings discovery and usage, ensuring strict brand compliance.
• Operating Standards & Enablement:
• Define, Execute and provide centralized operating standards (finance, marketing, legal, compliance & ops), guidelines and templates and operational support to central, regional partnership and marketing teams to ensure global consistency.
• Scalable Tools, Automation & AI
• Lead the design and rollout of the internal tools and automation stack required to scale the partnership operations, including PRM/CRM capabilities, workflow automation, reporting solutions and AI-enabled use cases.
• Drive process simplification and tool adoption to reduce manual workload, improve time-to-market, strengthen execution quality and enable the teams to scale efficiently.
• Team Leadership:
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

And you?

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations or adjacent operational roles in a B2B2C environment, including experience leading or mentoring others.
• AI workflows: Have hands-on experience deploying AI workflows in a GTM context and can point to concrete examples with measurable impact.
• Operation: Have designed operating frameworks from scratch with external partners, including sales enablement and post-launch optimization (KPIs monitoring).
• Strategic Communication & Clarity: Have a grounded executive presence, you communicate clearly and challenge assumptions.
• Influence: You get cross-functional teams to adopt processes they did not ask for, because you have made the case.
• Customers obsession. You understand that operational decisions show up in the customer experience.
• Language: Fluent in French and English.
• Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Data & Media: Being familiar with data monetization business models and media.
