At CACEIS (Canada) Asset Servicing Limited, you will join our Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department in charge of offering a complete range of services to Private Equity, Real Estate and Securitization funds, adapted to each investment strategy.

As a Team Manager, your role will be to ensure the optimal functioning of the Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency activities; to lead and supervise the team as well as to contribute to the development of the department.

More specifically, your main mission will be the following:

Activity management

Know and implement the priorities defined by the department head;

Define operational priorities, set objectives and deadlines for the team and organize work accordingly;

Ensure the proper completion of tasks (quality and deadlines) and the achievement of objectives via KPIs;

Provide support and technical expertise to the team in accounting and consolidation;

Ensure the continuity of services by anticipating the necessary resources;

Ensure the adequacy between the volume of tasks to be performed and the resources assigned;

Maintain and open line of communication with management to report alerts/blocking points;

Communicate on the evolution of processes/procedures and ensure the proper application;

Be the escalation point with clients and monitor client and investor relationships globally

Academic qualification / Speciality

Experience

3-5 years experience in the field of Fund accounting and, preferably, in Private Equity/Real Estate funds.

Proven experience in people management; team coaching & development and mentoring
