The US represents a core share of our total revenue and is a critical growth lever for 2026 and beyond. After three years of strong market penetration and the recent launch of a cutting-edge feature, we are now fully focused on executing our ambitious revenue goals.
Mission:
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion across a dedicated US territory (multiple states). With your strategic mindset and relentless drive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CarCutter's presence in this dynamic market.
You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key business clients and prospects across your territory. As the primary point of contact, you will identify client needs, present tailored solutions, negotiate effectively, and close deals — making you the driving force behind our regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and Execute Strategic Business Expansion — Develop and deploy innovative strategies to drive business growth across your dedicated territory. Take full ownership of our expansion journey and transform possibilities into results.
- Strategic Prospect Engagement — Identify and engage key strategic prospects, including dealership groups and automotive marketplaces. Tailor your approach to showcase how CarCutter solutions can improve their operations, turning challenges into opportunities.
- End-to-End Sales Leadership — Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, deal closing, and upsell identification. Your leadership will be crucial in sustaining our upward revenue trajectory.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with our onboarding, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey. Translate client feedback into actionable insights that set us apart in the industry.
Profile:
- 4+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive or Key Account Manager in the automotive industry, with a strong professional network.
- Deep understanding of the automotive ecosystem: dealerships, dealer groups, DMS/IMS and/or CRM providers.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to build and nurture a strategic accounts portfolio.
- Results-oriented — overperforming is your standard.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; you build strong client relationships and turn opportunities into success stories.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales channels.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Currently based on the West Coast of the United States.
