Chef de projet Expérience Professionnels de Santé (H/F/X) - France (Paris)

Votre Rôle

Au sein de l'équipe B2B France, vous êtes responsable de construire et de développer une expérience forte et cohérente pour notre réseau de professionnels de santé, en particulier à travers les congrès, événements, formations et autres opportunités d’interaction .

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les Regional Managers afin d’identifier les opportunités du terrain et de construire une stratégie événementielle permettant de maximiser la qualité et l’impact de ces interactions.

• Définir et piloter la stratégie d’acquisition et d’expérience événementielle B2B en identifiant les congrès, événements, formations, webinars et autres opportunités d’interaction avec les professionnels de santé, et en construisant un calendrier annuel cohérent avec les objectifs de l'entreprise
• Piloter l’organisation et la préparation des congrès et événements en coordonnant les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes afin de créer une expérience professionnelle et cohérente pour les participants
• Développer des formats d’expérience et d’interaction adaptés aux professionnels de santé, notamment des formations, workshops, webinars, petits-déjeuners ou événements régionaux, en fonction des besoins identifiés sur le terrain
• Maximiser l’acquisition et la conversion en collaborant avec les Regional Managers afin d'identifier les besoins d’activation du réseau, transformer les besoins communs en initiatives scalables et assurer la continuité entre événement, activation et suivi
• Construire une expérience professionnelle différenciante en concevant le parcours du professionnel avant, pendant et après l’événement afin de renforcer son engagement envers Sunday Natural
• Mesurer et optimiser la performance en analysant la participation, la qualité des leads, les conversions, l’engagement et le ROI afin d’identifier les événements les plus performants

Votre Profil

• Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation avec orientation scientifique (nutrition, biologie, santé ou domaine similaire) et vous disposez d’une première expérience en marketing, événementiel ou gestion de projet
• Vous avez une bonne capacité à comprendre et vulgariser des sujets scientifiques et êtes à l’aise pour échanger sur des thématiques scientifiques avec différents interlocuteurs
• Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome et avez de solides compétences en gestion de projet et coordination, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs événements et parties prenantes simultanément
• Vous avez une approche orientée business et savez évaluer la pertinence d’une opportunité, prioriser les investissements et mesurer leur impact
• Vous aimez travailler de manière transverse avec les équipes commerciales, marketing, Brand et Product et êtes capable de transformer les besoins du terrain en expériences pertinentes et scalables
• Vous parlez couramment français et anglais (à l'écrit comme à l'oral). Ce poste est basé dans nos bureaux à Paris.

À noter : L'anglais étant notre langue d'entreprise, la communication avec le siège ainsi que les premiers entretiens se dérouleront en anglais

Engagement & Event Manager – Healthcare (all genders) - France (Paris)

Your role

As part of the French B2B team, you will be responsible for building and developing a strong and consistent experience for our healthcare professional network, particularly through congresses, events, training and other engagement opportunities.

You will work closely with the Regional Managers to identify opportunities and needs from the field and build an event strategy that maximizes the quality and impact of these interactions.

• Define and lead the B2B acquisition and event experience strategy by identifying congresses, events, trainings, webinars and other opportunities to engage with healthcare professionals, and building an annual calendar aligned with the company’s objectives
• Lead the organization and preparation of congresses and events, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to create a professional and consistent experience for participants
• Develop experience and engagement formats tailored to healthcare professionals, including trainings, workshops, webinars, breakfasts and regional events, based on needs identified in the field
• Maximize acquisition and conversion by working with Regional Managers to identify network activation needs, turning common needs into scalable initiatives and ensuring continuity between events, activation and follow-up
• Build a differentiated healthcare professional experience by designing the professional journey before, during and after each event to strengthen engagement with Sunday Natural
• Measure and optimize performance by analyzing attendance, lead quality, conversion, engagement and ROI to identify the highest-performing events and continuously improve our event strategy

Your profile

• You have a scientific background or degree in nutrition, biology, healthcare or a similar field and you have initial experience in marketing, event or project management
• You have a strong ability to understand and communicate scientific topics in an accessible way and feel comfortable discussing scientific subjects with different stakeholders
• You are organized, autonomous and have strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously
• You have a business-oriented mindset and are able to assess the relevance of opportunities, prioritize investments and measure their impact
• You enjoy working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Brand and Product teams and are able to turn field needs into relevant and scalable experiences
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
