Job Description

Within the Global Revenue Strategy team, the Manager of Revenue Excellence will support in driving process optimization, standardization, and revenue culture transformation across the organization — with a strong and growing emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, intelligent automation, and the future of Revenue Management tools and practices.

Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Excellence & Culture, this role sits at the intersection of revenue expertise, technology adoption, and AI-powered innovation. It is a pivotal role in shaping how Revenue Managers across the group work — moving them away from manual, fragmented processes toward smarter, faster, AI-assisted decision-making.

The talent will actively engage in cross-functional collaborations, support hubs in the adoption of global processes, and play a central role in the design, deployment and change management of next-generation AI tools for Revenue Management.

Strategic thinking and a passion for innovation are essential for this role.

YOUR MISSION1. Enable Strategic AI & Technology Initiatives

• Act on new opportunities identified through project execution and coordination of key strategic initiatives, working closely with RM experts and AI development squads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — commercial, finance, digital, and tech — to seamlessly integrate AI-powered revenue tools into broader business strategies.
• Contribute to the design of the AI RM experience
• Serve as a Revenue Management subject matter expert, ensuring AI tools are grounded in real operational needs and deliver measurable impact on RGI, RM service satisfaction and team efficiency.

2. Standardization, Process Improvement

• Assist in streamlining processes, eliminating redundancies, and spearheading change initiatives to enhance automation and scalability in revenue management operations and RM systems usage.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in revenue management operations & RM systems processes.

3. Enable Revenue Culture Across the Organization

• Champion a culture of revenue optimization, data-driven decision-making and AI-augmented performance throughout the organization.
• Act as a catalyst for change, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation in revenue management practices, systems usage and AI tool adoption.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions in collaboration with hubs, and the Revenue Success and Onboarding teams

Qualifications

And you?

• 5+ years of hospitality revenue management experience.
• Technology savvy with a good understanding of Revenue Management Systems and other revenue tools (BI, Rate Shopper, Upselling, etc.).
• Working knowledge of PMS (property management systems), CRS (central reservation systems), Channel Management, and other hotel systems and onward distribution.
• Fluent English skills. A second language is a plus (French, German, Spanish, etc.).
• Project management, and analytical skills required.
• Self-motivated; works well independently with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and management skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Passionate about helping leading hotels capitalize on revenue management opportunities.
