Votre Rôle

Au sein de l'équipe B2B France, vous contribuez au développement et à l’engagement de notre réseau de professionnels de santé en construisant et pilotant des activations B2B adaptées aux besoins du marché français.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les Regional Managers afin d’identifier les besoins du terrain, de les transformer en initiatives pertinentes et, lorsque cela est possible, de les déployer à l’échelle du réseau.

• Construire et piloter le plan d’activation B2B en définissant un calendrier annuel de campagnes, programmes et initiatives destinés aux professionnels de santé, en lien avec les priorités business
• Concevoir les parcours partenaires en développant les parcours d’onboarding, d’engagement, de développement et de réactivation adaptés aux différents profils et niveaux de maturité des professionnels
• Développer des programmes d’engagement et de développement du réseau, notamment autour de campagnes thématiques, lancements produits, réactivation, challenges, formations ou initiatives saisonnières
• Piloter le déploiement des programmes en collaboration avec les Regional Managers vous déployez les initiatives auprès des partenaires, recueillez leurs retours et adaptez les dispositifs aux besoins du terrain
• Développer l’activation CRM B2B en segmentant la base de professionnels et en mettant en place des communications et scénarios permettant d’accompagner les partenaires tout au long de leur parcours
• Mesurer la performance des activations et identifier les opportunités d’amélioration, afin d’optimiser continuellement l’engagement du réseau et leur contribution au développement du marché français

Votre Profil

• Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation avec orientation scientifique (nutrition, biologie, santé ou domaine similaire) et vous disposez d’une première expérience en marketing ou gestion de projet
• Vous avez une réelle capacité à comprendre, synthétiser et vulgariser des informations scientifiques et à les transformer en contenus clairs, pédagogiques et pertinents pour des professionnels de santé
• Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome et capable de piloter plusieurs projets simultanément, tout en coordonnant différentes parties prenantes
• Vous avez une approche à la fois analytique et orientée business : vous savez identifier les priorités, mesurer les résultats et transformer les apprentissages en actions concrètes
• Vous aimez travailler de manière transverse et savez transformer des besoins provenant du terrain en solutions structurées et scalables
• Vous parlez couramment français et anglais (à l'écrit comme à l'oral)

À noter : L'anglais étant notre langue d'entreprise, la communication avec le siège ainsi que les premiers entretiens se dérouleront en anglais

B2B Marketing Activation Manager (all genders) - France (Paris)

Your role

As part of the French B2B team, you will contribute to the development and engagement of our healthcare professional network by building and managing B2B activations tailored to the needs of the French market.

You will work closely with the Regional Managers to identify needs from the field, turn them into relevant initiatives and, whenever possible, deploy them across the wider network.

• Build and lead the B2B activation plan by defining an annual calendar of campaigns, programs and initiatives targeting healthcare professionals, aligned with business priorities
• Design partner journeys by developing onboarding, engagement, development and reactivation journeys tailored to the different profiles and levels of maturity of our healthcare professionals
• Develop network engagement and development programs, including thematic campaigns, product launches, reactivation initiatives, challenges, trainings and seasonal initiatives
• Lead program deployment by working closely with Regional Managers to roll out initiatives to partners, gather feedback and adapt programs to field needs
• Develop B2B CRM activation by segmenting the healthcare professional database and implementing communications and journeys that support partners throughout their relationship with Sunday Natural
• Measure activation performance and identify opportunities for improvement to continuously optimize network engagement and their contribution to the development of the French market

Your profile

• You have a scientific background or degree in nutrition, biology, healthcare or a similar field and you have initial experience in marketing or project management
• You have a strong ability to understand, synthesize and communicate scientific information in an accessible way, and transform it into clear, educational and relevant content for healthcare professionals
• You are organized, autonomous and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while coordinating different stakeholders
• You have both an analytical and business-oriented mindset: you know how to identify priorities, measure results and turn learnings into concrete actions
• You enjoy working cross-functionally and are able to turn field needs into structured and scalable solutions
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
