Production Services provides Creative Houses and the Creative Network with the standards & tools, specialized expertise, and content needed to create our games.

Job Description

Reporting to the VP Production Services the Head of Insight & Engagement, Worldwide, you will be accountable for the strategy, performance, and evolution of Ubisoft's worldwide Insight & Engagement organization. Bringing together User Research, Game Analytics, and Global Strategic Insights, you will strengthen player understanding, improve decision quality, and increase the impact of insights across production and business decisions.

You will establish a coherent decision-support ecosystem across historically independent disciplines, ensuring stronger collaboration, greater operational effectiveness, and measurable business impact across Ubisoft’s productions.

What you'll do

• Define the vision, operating model, and roadmap for Insight & Engagement.
• Connect User Research, Game Analytics, and Global Strategic Insights into a unified decision-support ecosystem.
• Facilitate collaboration and data sharing across disciplines when relevant.
• Establish service offerings, governance models, and ways of working with Creative Houses.
• Build trusted partnerships with Creative Houses and senior production leaders to ensure insights actively influence key decisions.
• Lead the worldwide User Research, Game Analytics, and Global Strategic Insights functions.
• Improve the integration of insights into production planning, game design, development, launch, and live operations.
• Balance global standards and methodologies with the specific needs of productions.
• Drive operational performance, adoption, efficiency, and measurable business impact across all services.
• Build and develop a high-performing organization of leaders and experts.
• Challenge functional leaders to continuously evolve, modernize, and elevate their capabilities to remain at the forefront of industry practices.
• Leverage Generative AI to improve the speed, scalability, and reliability of insight delivery.
• Promote player-centric and data-informed decision-making across Ubisoft's global production ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in insights, analytics, research, strategy, product management, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary organizations and service-based teams at scale.
• Strong understanding of game production ecosystems and player-centric development practices.
• Deep knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, analytics practices, and insight generation.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation, operating model evolution, and capability-building initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to guide executive-level decision-making through evidence-based recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead senior leaders and managers across multiple disciplines in a complex global environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common vision.
• Fluent English required.
