OFFRE D’EMPLOI Coordinateur des opérations & projets export H/F Seafrigo Group recrute dès à présent un Coordinateur des opérations & projets export H/F, pour son dépôt situé au Havre (76). Principales missions : Support opérationnel sur les différentes zones géographiques : apporter un soutien aux équipes sur les zones NORAM, LATAM, Asie-MO et Afrique, en assurant notamment la gestion de certains comptes afin de pallier les absences. Intégration de nouveaux clients et accompagnement des transitions : assurer la mise en place de nouveaux clients, prendre le relais en back-up de la Directrice formation et support oppérationnel et accompagner les transitions sur certaines zones, notamment sur les trafics MHCS et COSTCO Japan. Accompagnement des projets opérationnels : soutenir le Directeur des Opérations Export dans le pilotage et la mise en œuvre de différents projets, tels que l’extension du Customer Service et les initiatives d’amélioration continue Cargowise, notamment sur la gestion des retards navires. Suivi des transbordements : prendre en charge le suivi des transbordements sur les zones Moyen-Orient, Asie et Afrique (Mercure), avec pour objectif d’optimiser les processus existants, d’améliorer le suivi et d’identifier des opportunités d’automatisation Profil recherché : Formation BAC+2 avec une spécialisation en transport / logistique Expériences requises : 4 ans sur un poste similaire Bonnes connaissances du domaine de la logistique dans le secteur agroalimentaire Savoir-être : esprit d’analyse, rigueur, excellent relationnel Langue maîtrise : anglais (écrit et oral) Informations complémentaires : Poste à pourvoir en CDI Prise de poste : dès que possible Rémunération : selon profil Avantages : Titres restaurant / 13ème mois / Conciergerie d’entreprise Are you ready to take on this challenge?
