Trade Your Everyday Routine for the Ultimate Greek Experience! ☀️🌊
What if moving abroad wasn't just a fantasy on your social feed, but your actual reality? Imagine waking up in Greece, spending your entire afternoon lying on a sun-drenched Mediterranean beach, sipping an iced frappé at an oceanfront café, and exploring ancient historic streets—all before your workday even starts!
If you hold EU citizenship, speak fluent Japanese, and are ready for an unforgettable life adventure, pack your bags. Greece is waiting for you!
We are looking for adventurous, tech-curious Japanese speakers to move to Greece, join a world-famous cloud tech brand, and jump into an experience that combines remote work flexibility with the ultimate expat lifestyle.
The Experience: Why You’ll Love Living & Working Here
- 100% Work-From-Home Freedom: Work completely remote from anywhere in Greece once you arrive! Want to set up your home office in vibrant Athens, a picturesque Greek island, or a seaside coastal village? The choice is entirely yours.
- The Night Shift Advantage: Because of the time difference with Japan, you’ll be working local night shifts. That means your entire daytime is 100% yours to soak up 300+ days of annual sunshine, swim in the Aegean Sea, travel, and live your best life while everyone else is stuck in an office!
- A Built-In Community & Culture: Remote doesn't mean isolated here. Every week, join our popular 30-minute Wellbeing Huddles to hang out with your team! Play online games, listen to jam sessions, or learn how to cook authentic dishes in live lessons hosted right from your teammates' kitchens.
- Resume-Boosting Skills: Gain hands-on international tech experience with an iconic global brand that looks incredible on your CV, with real opportunities to level up into Tier 2 tech support or community team roles.
- Zero-Stress Relocation: We take care of the big stuff! Your flight to Greece is covered, temporary accommodation is booked, and our local team helps you set up all your paperwork step-by-step.
What Your Work Routine Looks Like
You’ll be the online savior for Japanese-speaking users, helping them solve daily digital hurdles on one of the world’s favorite cloud storage platforms.
- Digital Customer Interaction: Connect with users across Chat, Email, and Calls.
- Cool Tech Problem-Solving: Help users troubleshoot tricky file syncing issues, perform digital file restorations, and resolve account access requests.
- Quick Resolutions: Guide clients through billing questions and process payments or refunds.

- Night Owl Mindset: Ready to rock night shifts so you can own the daytime!
- No previous tech support experience required—we provide full, paid training to make sure you succeed from day one!
